This Rights and Responsibilities Notice and, not limited to, Privacy Policy originates from GoNsayn’s (GoNsayn.com, GoNsayn, GoNsayn Network LLC.) Principles and Practices, and governs our relationship with all Users, Members, and Others who interact with GoNsayn. Be advised that by using or accessing GoNsayn, and/or GoNsayn.com, you agree and have agreed to this Statement.
Please be assured that one of GoNsayn’s top priorities is to be as diligent as we can possibly be as well as be fully committed to the protection of your privacy. Because your privacy is just as important to us as it is to you, we have composed, structured, and implemented our Privacy Policy into the Site so as to make important disclosures about your safety to you in regards to how you use GoNsayn while sharing with others and as to how “we” collect and use your content and information. This “Notice” and Privacy Policy is intended to fully describe, inform, and explain how your personal information is processed and used, and we will strive to make every effort possible to ensure that our practices and procedures keep within the dictates and nature of this Privacy Policy. What happens when you visit GoNsayn and become a Member?
When you visit GoNsayn with the purpose of registering, and in turn creating a Member Profile so that you can interact with the Site and all of its Services, we will ask you to first provide us with some preliminary and pertinent information so that we, GoNsayn, alone may store it and in turn use it to identify you and your one of a kind account. This one of a kind Account or Profile will be yours and yours alone for the duration of your membership with the Site. In order for you to then be able to interact as a Profile Member with other Members or within the GoNsayn WebSite and its Services, we will then, secondly, ask you to provide us with specific information that you alone choose and disclose to us, and more importantly that you want displayed on your personal profile so that we may make this Profile for you and display your Profile on the Site for you as you. After this has been done, we then turn the Profile over to you so that you may solely maintain and edit your own profile. No other Users, Members, or Profilers will be privy to the preliminary and pertinent information nor will they be able to supplement your profile without your password or any of your disclosed personal information used upon registering, however, in some cases where it regards Site features such as posting to your Wall Post, other GoNsayn users may be able to supplement your profile.
Though this specific preliminary personal information, that you choose to provide us upon registering on the Site identifies you and your account, will not be accessible to any other Members and/or Users, some secondary personal information that you disclosed to us such as your name, your email address, your city, your gender, occupation, other miscellaneous information such as schools attended, hobbies, interests, and any other personal or preference information that you select to provide to us, may be included, but not limited to any comments, materials, or submissions that you post as well, will be accessible and viewable. Thus, we strongly recommend you take all necessary measures to safeguard any sensitive information from any Users and Members of the Site and Services that you feel is necessary and important for you to safeguard yourself and your Profile (Account) from.
Please be advised that we will use your specified personal information to contact you from time to time with GoNsayn newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you as noted and proscribed Members who agree to the terms and conditions of GoNsayn’s Terms of Service.
Profile information you submit to GoNsayn so that we may display it for you by you will be available to all registered Members of the Site, but not limited to Users in some cases, who belong to at least one of the (3) profile selections you choose from when you register so as to allow them to access the information through your profile. When people such as a family member, friend, co-worker, associate, etc., etc., choose to search for your name and/or profile within the GoNsayn network they will easily be able to find you by the name, or network name you choose, and/or by the picture you uploaded into the Profile Picture. Although we do not provide any Members profile information to any one or any third party search engines other than when required by law or otherwise noted in the Privacy Policy, some personal information may be readily available. People who see your name in off Site searches, however, will not be able to access your profile information on the Site unless they have created a profile and logged in as set forth by GoNsayn’s Terms of Service Agreement that allows such access to you.
Be advised that if you write Nsayn Articles or upload pictures on to an Nsayn Pin-Up Girl profile and have met all criteria regarding such matters, users both on and off Site will be able to access this information without having created a profile or without registering as a Member. Again, please safeguard your safety and privacy by wisely choosing the personal information you choose to disclose to us as many on and off Site users will have access to your Articles and/or Nsayn Pin-Up Girl profiles.
What information does GoNsayn collect?
When you visit and enter GoNsayn, we collect your browser type and IP address. Every computer connected to the Internet is provided with a domain name (e.g. msn.com) and an IP Address (e.g. 216.26.163.160). When a visitor requests a page from within the GoNsayn.com website, our Web Servers automatically identify and log the HTTP request that is made to our Web Server. This information reveals nothing personal about you. In fact, the only information that we automatically gather and log is as follows:
• The IP Address of the Site that may have referred you.
• Your IP Address
• The Web Page that you may have linked to us from, if any.
• The Product Identifier for Version and Make of Browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 7.0)
• The Operating System platform that you may be running (e.g. Macintosh or Windows)
• Search Words or Terms that are passed from a Search Engine (e.g. Google, Yahoo, or MSN)
There is absolutely nothing special about the information just described, and the practice of collecting this data has been generally standardized by virtually every Web Server on the Internet today. This information is gathered from all GoNsayn visitors. In addition, we store certain information from your browser using "cookies."
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data file that we transfer to your computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes in regards the user. We use cookies for two purposes. First, we utilize persistent cookies to confirm the user is logged in and saving the users registration ID and login password for future logins to the Site. This is standard practice with these cookies. Second, we not only utilize session ID cookies to enable certain features of the Services, but we also use them to better understand how you interact with the Services and to monitor usage in its entirety and total sum of parts as a whole. However, unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted from the Members computer once the Member closes their browser. GoNsayn does not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed on your computer or browser by third party advertisers. Third party advertisers have no access to your contact information stored on GoNsayn unless you choose to share it with them. This privacy policy covers the use of cookies by GoNsayn and does not cover the use of cookies or other tracking technologies by any of its advertisers or third-party advertisers.
What Information is GoNsayn gathering about its visitors and how is it being used?
The purpose for this information is actually two-fold. One, GoNsayn.com has found it advantageous to examine visitor traffic in its entirety and the total sum of its parts, so that we can ensure Users maximum compatibility for the various Browsers and Operating Systems that visit our site. Additionally, as any business should attest, it is our desire to generate greater amounts of visitor traffic. By analyzing visitation patterns, referring URL’s, and Search Engine terms, we can strategically enhance our exposure of the Site on the Internet.
GoNsayn archives everything either sent to us or sent by us so that we may keep somewhat of a big archival library for many reasons. One reason is so that we may keep a version of anything you update on your profile prior to your current update of your profile. This is done for safety reasons and we usually keep this information stored for an unspecified length of time. This in turn allows us to also analyze it and provide you with better features on the Site in the future. We also archive all issues or forms of blogs, editorial, media, print, and/or other forms of entertainment and media for historical, legal, and posterity reasons.
Information about Sharing and Disclosures.
In regards to such things as Intellectual Property, Copyrights, your safety and your personal right to privacy, please be advised that when you update or post content, specifically your user content to the site, you do so completely and entirely at your own risk as defined in the GoNsayn Terms of Service on the Site. So please be aware that no security measures are 100% perfect, safe, or foolproof against violation and penetrability when it comes to protecting you and yourself or your profile. It is due to the fact that since we cannot fully ever control or manage the information or actions of other users or members, but not limited to all and any Internet users, that we therefore cannot and do not guarantee that the user content you post on the Site will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for any backdoor entrance to the Site or to the dismantling of any passwords or security measures contained on the Site by outside users or sources malicious or otherwise. If and when you do decide to remove or delete information from the Site, you do so fully understanding and acknowledging that even after such deletion or removal of content from the Site that copies of your user content or any information may remain viewable for any to see in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your content. We again remind you not to post or show any information you deem sensitive in nature so as to protect and maintain your safety and privacy.
Changing or Deleting your account or profile.
Every Profile Member’s Home Page has our Maintenance and Editing Tools on their profile so as to make it easy for any member to add, modify, change, update, correct, or delete any of their personal information in their profile at any time. Should a Member(s) wish to delete or deactivate their account, they may do so by simply contacting us and asking us to do so. To make it easy for each Member all he or she has to do is completely delete all such information on the Profile Page of your Profile and/ or not log in for a period up to 45 days, then your account may become deactivated. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a substantial period of time but be rest assured GoNsayn will not make any of it available to members or users of GoNsayn.
Also, if you choose to tell a friend or anyone for that matter about the Site or choose to share Site information, and/or your profile’s information using our Share, Comment, or Email friend sharing information service, we will ask you for information needed to send the invitation, such as your friend's email address. After this address or other information has been provided us will then send your friend an email, or instant message in your name inviting him or her to visit the site. GoNsayn stores this information to send blogs, invitations to join the Site, or any other information regarding services that we find useful to building and growing the Site and its membership. The recipient of any such material or content may contact us at help@gonsayn.com to request that we remove this information from our database. GoNsayn may also use and collect any other information or various forms of content or knowledge about you from other sources in order to provide you with new features, events, information, and a more personalized experience in order for you to share your opinions, blogs, and views with others in the world.
Be aware that where you make use of the communication features of the Site’s Services to share information with other individuals on GoNsayn, you cannot remove such communications such as sending a personal message to another GoNsayn user or writing on another GoNsayn User’s Wall Post. We again remind you not to post any sensitive information you deem necessary and valuable in relation to your privacy and protection.
Any improper collection or misuse of information provided on GoNsayn is a violation of the GoNsayn Terms of Service and should be reported ay help@gonsayn.com .
What else does GoNsayn do to ensure and protect Members’ privacy and security?
Due to the nature of today’s Internet we’ve had to take safety precautions very seriously so as to ensure and protect the privacy and security of our Members. To do this GoNsayn has enlisted the help of secure socket layer technology (SSL http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secure_Sockets_Layer). What SSL does is protect our users’ information from being shared or encroached upon by others by taking the sensitive information you send us and hiding it on a secure server behind a firewall that is then encrypted to protect this information using SSL. Due to the nature of the internet and because many messaging features are not looked at as safe and guarded communications, we strongly advise you against and ask that you do not send private information like passwords or credit card information to us by said services or tools. What other information does GoNsayn request?
We may also request your e-mail address or mailing address for the purposes of conducting a survey, adding you to our mailing list, or by your request to have someone contact you for additional information. Whenever we request the identity of a visitor, we will clearly indicate the purpose of the inquiry and its source before the information is requested. Be aware of such requests in the future and be sure to validate our inquiry. Be well advised that we adhere to and maintain a strict "No Spam" policy that specifically means and implies that we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party, without your consent.
In addition, GoNsayn will not send you an e-mail(s) that you have not agreed to receive. If you are a member of our Nsayn Mailing List, you will be contacted with announcements, news, profile additions, updates, and new products or services such as, but not limited to, new Services or features on the Site. At any time you may request to be taken off our Nsayn Mailing List by contacting us, thereby ensuring the disabling of any further such e-mails or other forms of communication from being sent to you. If you wish to have specific communications with a member of the GoNsayn Staff, you will be required to provide specific information that will be routed to the appropriate contact within GoNsayn.
What information does GoNsayn collect when I purchase something?
If you purchase something, such as clothing, we need to obtain the appropriate information in order to complete the transaction. Depending upon the method of payment that you select and your location, the required information may vary. However, generally speaking we will need:

GoNsayn also provides "Links" to a wide variety of other web sites on the Internet. We are not responsible for their Privacy Policies or how those web sites manage information about their users. We strongly urge you to check with those web sites to determine their privacy policy before visiting or trafficking to them.
About Links listed on GoNsayn.
Links can be a handy tool when taking a shortcut to another website. You merely click on that link and the link sends you to that other website. They may also be used to learn more about that site in connection to our Site. However, we can not guarantee any of the safety and privacy practices used by any off Site Links and we strongly urge you to first read all Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of each site when routed by the Link to that site. As GoNsayn may contain links to other websites, be again advised that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites and we strongly encourage our users be aware that when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by GoNsayn.
How GoNsayn posts new Notices to its Members.
Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on the Notices tab so that you are always aware of the information that we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. We will also post the date at which we posted it and encourage all Members and Users to frequently update themselves with this new information when it becomes available. We may also send you notifications from time to time regarding new services offered by GoNsayn if we choose to do so.
What other emails or messages will GoNsayn send you?
GoNsayn may at any time send you service-related announcements from time to time through the general operation of the service.
Generally, you may opt out of such emails from tour profile, though GoNsayn reserves the right to continually send you Notices about your account even if you opt out of all voluntary email notifications. This may be done for the sole purpose of legalities pursuant to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy agreements you agreed to before and during your use of the Site.
GoNsayn may use information in your profile without identifying you as an individual to third parties. We do this for purposes of industry analysis, demographic profiling and other purposes such as counting and monitoring how many people in a network like a company or artist or person are seeing or using advertisements and promotions so that we can further provide them accurately and according to your tastes and likes on GoNsayn. GoNsayn is about letting your voice be heard as well as bridging your voice with that of the worlds by sharing information with others — favorites and people in your profile— while providing you with privacy. This is done to keep you, your privacy, and every Members Personal Information safe. We will not hesitate to disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process, including but not limited to all court orders, warrants, and subpoenas, to protect the property, interests, and rights of GoNsayn, or a third party, or to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical or legally actionable and or questionable activity such as fraud or identity theft or any other illegal activity perpetrated through the GoNsayn service and Site, or to prevent imminent harm bodily or otherwise, and/or victimization. This also includes sharing and the turning over of pertinent information with others such as lawyers.
Be advised that GoNsayn limits also access to site information by third party search engine "crawlers". GoNsayn persistently tries to block access by these engines to personal information beyond your name, profile picture, and limited aggregated data about your profile.
If you or any Members of your favorites list use any third-party applications, those applications may access and share certain information about you with others in accordance with your profile. You do so at your own risk and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of you and your respective Profile. Please read all and any third-party applications Terms of Service and Privacy Policies they provide you before using so as to safeguard yourself against any malicious intent, or otherwise.
Though we let you choose to share information with advertisers, marketers, or electronic commerce providers through on-site offers, this is done at your own risk and we do not guarantee you or your profiles safety and privacy. If the ownership of all, or substantially all of the GoNsayn Network, LLC Business, or any individual business units owned by Blue Copper. Inc., were to change, your user information may be transferred to the new owner so the service can continue operations. In any such transfer of information, your user information would remain subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy. GoNsayn may also sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy. This states that you agree to not use GoNsayn if you are under the age of 13 years old. You agree that you will not use GoNsayn if you are under 18 without parental guidance or permission by your legal guardian or parents due to the nature, content, and the free expression of ideas of the content displayed on GoNsayn if you are easily offended by such. By entering the Site you agree to Site’s Terms of Use and User Agreement. Please read GoNsayn’s Terms of Use before continuing on the Site or creating a profile.
This states that you agree to not provide any false personal information when registering on GoNsayn, or creating an account for anyone other than yourself without permission. This also states that agree to not use your personal profile for your own commercial gain. This also states that you agree to keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date, as well as the commitment to not share your password, or let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might compromise the privacy and security of your account and our Site. This includes not transferring your account to anyone without first getting our approval by written permission and documentation.
This states that you agree to respect other people's rights and privacy. This also states that you agree to not post content or take any action on GoNsayn that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law. This is meant to include that you agree to not post any content that is hateful, demeaning, culturally, racially, or ethnically offensive, insulting, derogatory, discriminatory, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence. This is meant to also include that you agree that you will not disparage, slander, threaten, bully, intimidate, stalk, or harass any user. This is meant to also include that you agree to not post anyone's government appointed identification documents, status of citizenship, or sensitive financial information on GoNsayn.
This states that you agree to not send or otherwise post or display any unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on GoNsayn. This is meant to also include that you will not engage in any practices that you do to upload viruses, malicious codes or otherwise, that could disable, issue a denial, or service attack to the Site and its Services. You agree that you will not use GoNsayn to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory, as well as overburden, or impair the proper workings of GoNsayn.
This states that you agree to not solicit login information or to access an account belonging to someone else with malice or otherwise. You agree that you will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access GoNsayn, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission. This states that you will keep with in the limits of good taste and the law so as to not engage in any unlawful fraud or multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme or Identity Theft on GoNsayn.
This states that you agree to not develop or operate a third party application containing, or advertising, or otherwise, as well as not marketing illegal content, illegal drugs. This includes the marketing of alcohol-related or other mature content without appropriate years of age-based restrictions according to all applicable laws and our Privacy Policy and Advertising Guidelines.
This states that you agree to not offer any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes ("promotion") on GoNsayn without our prior written consent. If we consent, you take full responsibility for the promotion, and will follow all applicable laws.
If you select a username for your account we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe appropriate to do so without Notice.
This states that you agree to not infringe on any Members’ Intellectual Property or Trademarks and Copyrights. We will provide you with tools to help you protect your intellectual property rights only upon request. For help contact us help@gonsayn.com. If we remove your content for infringing someone else's copyright, and you believe we removed it by mistake, you may contact us at help@gonsayn.com for further appeal information. Be advised that if you continually infringe on other peoples IP or Copyrights your account will be automatically deactivated without prior Notice. This states that you commit to not using our copyrights or trademarks (including GoNsayn, the GoNsayn, The A Logo, and Star Logos, Nsayn, Nsaynity, GONSAYN), or any confusingly similar marks, without our written permission.
You will not use GoNsayn if you are a convicted sex offender which includes being convicted for, but not limited to, Rape, Pedophilia, Child Molestation and but not limited to otherwise. Be well advised you are Not to use this Site.
We can and will remove any content or information you post on GoNsayn if we believe it violates this Statement.
This states that you agree to facilitate, encourage, and follow all proper uses of this Notice and/or Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Service Agreements and that you will diligently report any proper misuse or violations of the said Notice and/or Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Service Agreements respectively and collectively.

If you make a payment on GoNsayn or make purchases on our Nsayn Swag Clothing Store, you agree to our Payments Terms.

Child Policy
GoNsayn does not and will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child(ren) has provided us with Personal Information without their parent or legal guardians consent, he or she should contact us at help@gonsayn.com. Also, if we become aware that a child under 13 years of age has provided us with Personal Information or anyone else’s under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our files. Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright Infringement
GoNsayn respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect that you please have the same respect for others.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, GoNsayn will quickly respond to claims of copyright infringement committed using any of the Site’s services that are reported to GoNsayn’s Copyright Infringement Agent.

Right to Terminate
If you violate the guidelines, the nature of your commitment, or defined Articles of this “Notice” in any way whatsoever, or otherwise create possible legal liability or exposure for us, we can and will stop providing all or part of GoNsayn to you. We will notify you by email or the next time in which you attempt to access your account. You may also delete your account or disable your application at any time. In all such cases, this “Notice” shall terminate, but all of the provisions will still apply to you.
Disputes
You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute ("claim") you have with us arising out of or relating to this “Notice” or GoNsayn exclusively in a state or federal court located in the State of Delaware. The laws of the State of Delaware will govern this Statement, as well as any claim that might arise between you and Us, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware for the purpose of litigating all such claims.
If anyone brings a claim against Us related to your actions, content or information on GoNsayn, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT GONSAYN WILL BE SAFE OR SECURE. GONSAYN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES, AND YOU RELEASE US, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST ANY SUCH THIRD PARTIES. Domestic and International Usage and Transfers
As noted in the Privacy Policy, we strive to create a global community with consistent standards for everyone, but we also strive to respect local laws. The following provisions apply to users outside the United States:
By using GoNsayn, you are consenting to have your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States. However, if your information is transferred to - and maintained on – and trafficked to computers located outside of your state, province, country or any other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as regulated or at the same time protective as those in your place of residence’s jurisdiction, be advised that if you choose to provide Personal Information to us outside the United States your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
If you are located in a country embargoed by the United States, or are on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals you will not engage in commercial activities on GoNsayn (such as advertising or payments) or operate an application or website.
Definitions on “Notice” and Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
The following is a list of terms and definitions widely and commonly used in the Terms of Service Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and this “Notice”. They are clearly listed here for the purpose of defining and clearly understanding the above mentioned agreements respectively and/or collectively. Please familiarize yourself with them.
That By "GoNsayn, GoNsayn.com, GoNsayn Site" we mean the features and services we make available, including through (a) our website at www.gonsayn.com and any other GoNsayn branded or co-branded websites (including sub-domains, international versions, and mobile versions); (b) and other media, software, devices, or networks now existing or to be later developed.
By "us," "we" and "our" we mean GoNsayn Network, LLC., or if you are outside of the United States, Blue Copper, Inc.
By "Program" we mean a set of APIs and services that enable applications, developers, operators or services, to retrieve data from GoNsayn or provide data to us.
By "information" we mean facts and other information about you by you that you give us, including actions you take.
By "content" we mean anything you post on GoNsayn that would not be included in the definition of "information."
By "data" we mean content and information that third parties can retrieve from GoNsayn or provide to GoNsayn.
By "post" we mean post on GoNsayn or otherwise make available to us on your Profile or otherwise.
By "use" we mean use, copy, publicly perform or display, distribute, modify, translate, and create derivative works of.
By "active registered user" we mean a user who has logged into GoNsayn at least once in the previous 45 days.
By "application" we mean any application or website (including connect sites) that uses or accesses our Site, as well as anything else that receives data.
Notice
This Notice makes up the entire agreement between the parties regarding GoNsayn, and supersedes any prior agreements.
If any portion of this Notice is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. And if by chance we fail to enforce any of this Notice, it will not be considered a waiver. Any amendment to or waiver of this Notice must be made in writing and signed by Us. You will not transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Notice to anyone else without our consent. All of our rights and obligations under this Notice are freely assignable by us in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise. Nothing in this Notice shall prevent us from complying with the law. This Notice does not confer any third party beneficiary rights.
