WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BECOMING AN NSAYN PIN-UP GIRL
- 1. Once you send us your application we will review your two forms of I.D., the quality of the images, and the content of said photoset to ensure all criteria has been met. We reserve the right to refuse any application and/ or photoset, in spite of all criteria having been met, at any time without disclosing our reasons. We will automatically reject any application and/or photoset that displays any advertising commercial or otherwise, pornographic content, or derogatory and insulting statements. We also reserve the right to reject any material that may be too sexually graphic or illicit. The following is a list of backgrounds, backdrops, clothes, and other material that will in most cases ensure that your photoset will not be accepted.
*Commercial Advertisements or Endorsements
* Any correlation to Controlled Substances, Narcotics, or other illicit drugs or paraphernalia.
*Bathrooms, kitchens, garages, morbid surroundings, graveyards,
*Explicitly graphic photosets
*Appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
*Costumes, wigs, heavy makeup, stripper clothing and shoes.
*The use of props on or near your body such as fake blood, food, guns, knives, and other dangerous weapons.
*Hats or sunglasses that hide you or your eyes and face.
*Themes that include school girl outfits, angels, devils, law enforcement, or lurid and questionable themes.
Nsayn Pin-Ups are the girls next door, the girls you work with, and the girls out there trying to live a fruitful and empowering femininity. Nsayn Pin-Up Girls are strong, beautiful and empowered woman who know who they are and who feel good in their own skin. We encourage you to let your true self shine through your photoset. We hope that you will allow the viewer to see your true self and beauty without the aid of costumes, props, or any other material that hinders the viewer from seeing the woman in you, or the woman you want to be.

2. Once all requirements have been met by Gonsayn Network, LLC. , your application will then pass to our staff for admittance. We will only take a limited number of applicants each issue and display them on our site. If your application is one that has been accepted, your photoset will not appear on our site until two issues have been released in succession. We will not notify you if you have been accepted nor will we notify in any case of application refusal. If you however wish not to appear on our site after you have submitted your application, please email us and submit a request not to be displayed on our site. Your request however does not guarantee that it will not appear. We reserve the right to publish your set in any case.
4. If you would like to request one of our photographers shoot you, (in select cities only), please send us a photoset with a brief note telling us that you are requesting that a photo shoot be scheduled for you. You do have to apply and follow all steps first, and only after all the criteria have again been met, then one of our photographers will be in touch with you. In spite of having one of our photographers shoot you, we do refuse the right not to display or publish any of the photos without explanation, verbal, written, or otherwise. The photos will remain property of Gonsayn Network LLC., and you will not have right to license or compensation, monetary or otherwise.
- 5. We do not discriminate against age, color, creed, religion, ethnicity, or otherwise and encourage all woman no matter how diverse their background apply. All woman are beautiful and we stand against any bigoted, prejudiced, or discriminatory person, people, or groups.
6. When it comes to nudity you may display bare breasts and buttocks only if done in a tactful and tasteful way. We will not accept any explicit material or degrading content. We do encourage you to choose your pictures wisely due to the nature of the internet.
7. You may use any name you wish to go by on your profile whether it be your own or a pseudonym.
3. Once you are selected to be an Nsayn Pin-Up Girl we will stamp your pictures with our copyright and trademark logo for exclusive use and rights of a minimum of 180 days. You are not entitled to any monetary compensation or other rights from the day we receive your application. Nsayn Pin-Up Girls do not get paid nor is any compensation available. Our Nsayn Pin-Up Girls do it solely at their discretion and for the sake of showing the world their inner and outer beauty. Again, please understand that we do not pay or compensate any girl in any way to display their photoset or receive their application. Other than for networks sites such as GoNsayn.com, Myspace, or Facebook, you may not sell or give license to anybody for any such use. Once the 180 days have expired, and you wish to give license to any person or company you must first send us a request for release. We will respond to you in 30 days or less with a release form or other information deemed necessary by us.
