We’ve been misinformed, we’ve been mislead, and we’ve been lied to! “An American used to be a man who gave up everything for his country and his people without asking anything in return. Now, an American is a stranger in his own country full of a people who won’t give up anything yet demands everything!! -------a homeless Vietnam Veteran in a wheelchair without legs.
What our Founding Fathers envisioned some 200 plus years ago has left much to be desired here and now in the 21st century. A grand experiment in which its design did not limit or bind a people or government with historically held rules or laws, despotic, tyrannical, or otherwise, nor ideas or castes of societal proportions. Per contra, instead its people and new inhabitants were governed by the peoples own democratically appointed laws that in turn promised a guarantee of reward that reserved for each individual’s participation a pursuit of happiness. The happiness was not guaranteed per se to any individual within the confines of this democracy, but instead, the pursuit there of was, along with life and liberty. The idea that everybody in America is entitled to freedom, prosperity, success and the means in which to do so should one choose, and by entitlement allowed to traverse a road paved by dreams should one wish to pursue it by hard work, is now becoming a woeful vestige of yesterday. Now seemingly less palpable than once it was to obtain or grasp, it’s become even more intangible to realize or descry like the will that was once the backbone of our beloved country America.
What some may view as a bias look at America, I view only as verity, in so much that what America and our fellow Americans have built and achieved in regards technology, medicine, industry, trade, service, invention, entrepreneurialism, and all that defines humanity to date is incontrovertibly and inimitably unequalled. One could easily claim this in the last century alone with no course to impugn. And sadly, it’s all disappearing behind a fatuously transparent veil of greed and narcissistic Individualism. It breaks my heart to even say that it’s all gone, if not in the least I mean that our loss of it is now as imminent as the sight of its unraveling and impuissance is now in focus. After all the struggles of a nation that many a man and woman sacrificed their lives for, how is it that all the little cuts and bruises have now led to such hemorrhaging. For we must act now so as to stop the bleeding many say. The American dream and all that it promises has closed her eyelids only to wake up and find us somnambulating in the midst of a living nightmare. The selflessness of individuals and the community interest that built this nation haunts us in our sleep every bit as much as it does in our waking hours. The incompetent successors of our fore fathers, our appointed politicians, that we hold in trust to protect and preserve our way of life, rights, and culture, by furthering our expansion and growth as the greatest nation on earth has banefully sold us out with irrevocable repercussions. This however we’ve only begun to be made aware of and may be some time for us to fully understand their venal impudicity and enormities. And for what! To what end? What can’t they already buy with their purloined wealth, or eat that they’ve never eaten before at our expense, or enslave that which they haven’t already bound in bondage! How much money will it take to slake their thirst for plenary power and satiate their monetarily driven appetites that have left a global economy as well as our own in pieces! 
That these politicians, elitists, lobbyists, special interest groups, socio-ethnocentric groups, and Top 1% have profited and peculated with their corrupt actions and gross negligence devoid of any accountability, compunction, or oversight, and with total immunity from prosecution to the point of global crisis bordering on catastrophe is unfathomable. What more responsibility can they shirk as to leave a country’s deprivation no recourse or hope of ever reversing the crippling effects their irresponsible decisions are now redounding on our nation and its society! Blame rests at the feet of whom? Claims I stake are none by which I afford myself the luxury of being neither an analyst nor a political etiologist, though who be it for me to ask whether or not it was ultimately we the people who allowed this tragedy to take shape and root itself terra firma. As much as we feign not to admit it, I’m afraid true be it that it’s we who also share the burden of responsibility in as much as we ourselves have been distracted like that of a febrile lynch mob that is easily quelled and mollified by a vulgar display of blood and inhumanness. Distracted and disoriented by a liberal fear-mongering advertising agency labeled The News and The Media, they hold cheap novelty over our hearts and minds just long enough for its people to be entertained and sold therefore left feeling numb and uninterested in their complicit machinations alongside the afore mentioned Powers at the Top. Left in their wake is an effete ideology and vitiated set of core values, once a way of life to strive for, now replaced with aberrant agendas and all its unprejudiced injustice that betides our youth. Surely can one’s sapience discern a vaticination of what our future holds for us by this being a prelude of what lies ahead for tomorrows leaders who are nothing more than underdeveloped latch key kids suffering from acedia and declivitous amentia. Adding to this is, albeit slothful, unethical, and also being of great concern, is our grossly irresponsible lack of parenting and education that consequently builds the fortitude in the character needed that once held our citizens upright with stalwart rectitude. When right and privilege of duty held a sense of national honor, one’s participation alone was suffice as compensation. In former times, one’s input determined what you gained in return for your services, products, or knowledge and each individual’s output measured fair reward as well as the recognition of your worth in and of itself. This ratio too has ceased to be a motivating factor for exceptional achievement in this country with its replacement being a nescient mediocrity in its stead. Verily, a malaise has settled upon this great country of ours as we no longer produce the brightest minds, the most skilled laborers, craftsmen, tradesmen, doctors, and the like. As goes all that our hands and minds have ever produced by the egregious sale of our Intellectual and Inventive Property, so too goes the might and boldness of our Superpower and our title as the leader of the world.

Blasphemy! Who is it you ask that took it from us! All that entails what being an American symbolizes. Who usurped our land from us to feast on it as vultures do on carrion! To begin with, every actor, C.E.O., and lawyer turned politician. Every retired politician turned lobbyist. Included are the wives of all these wealthy businessmen who head all the chambers of commerce, “Minorities” special interest groups, and verisimilar foreign interests groups who spew their anti-American guilt ridden rhetoric to further their agendas. Not forgetting to include everybody, let’s not leave out all the misanthropic socio-ethnocentric groups and the crippling labor groups as well. To be certain, was it not an oath therein which all these benefactors and protectors of our great nation swore to uphold and faithfully, not fraudulently, discharge the duties of office. As I diligently leave no stone unturned, exposed is its underlying dirt where the light can’t hide what night absconds. On platforms constructed of pernicious, opprobrious, and irreproachable policies stood, like flagitious emperors, our former Presidents. Sowing the seeds of change for future generations to reap, administrations like those of Richard Nixon, The Clintons, and The Omnipotent Bush’s have left us nothing if little to glean. Yes, ‘twas Presidents like these and now President Obama too, should history prove me wrong, who decided in all their infinite wisdom to cultivate relationships with The Communists. Communist countries like China whom they empowered by sharing our knowledge and know-how thus helping them industrialize their country’s so they could shamelessly profit by the sale of contracts, goods, and services. Mind you, these orders were somehow always arbitrarily awarded and filled by their constituents that put them in office. Consequently trillions of dollars have been purloined at our expense by their malfeasance. Politicians who once in the private sector got paid millions and millions of dollars to further the interests of other countries by selling them our trades, our interests, our secrets, our jobs, and identity to the New World Order! Of course, these surreptitious maneuvers always seemed to be accomplished just out of oversight committees reach yet under the spurious pretense of helping our economy should they ask. And for what! To help standardize and globalize the worlds economy! What’s left for us? We don’t even make steel anymore! Much to our embarrassment, we have even outsourced our own sales forces cold calls! Such self-serving acts perpetrated to the detriment of our best interests by these ignominious public servants bears witness to the level and extent of how much our government has vitiated the quality of life and thwarted the advancement of the people in this country. 
Should the world or any country in it want a strong economy like ours, they too need scratch, claw, fight, kill, and sacrifice its citizens to the empowerment and enrichment of it like our ancestry did before us. Ironically, as much as it is politically correct by their standards, we find it totally offensive to now be bereft of what’s ours!
As mentioned earlier, this country was forged by the ferruginous strength of its people and an integrity that forever bound it together with its destiny. Brother after brother sacrificed themselves in both benefit and belief that a great nation was burgeoning and their labors would some day bear fruit for their children. Molded and shaped by the ripped and torn bare hands of our great heroes of yesterday, they recognized that the American Dream would ultimately need their bones in the ground so that one day a country could stand tall with pride in the face of any adversity or hardship their way came. Foundations were laid with bones, and walls were built not with mortar and pestle but with the blood and tears of both friend and foe. Unequivocally were they a people who not only differentiated between right and wrong, but adhered to a set of values and ethics as a lost mariner does his compass and course during a maelstrom. A people who wore only their honest hard work and generosity of spirit on their backs, cloaked as it were, with a fiber very few cuts of cloth are weaved with today. All this they carried with them at a time when they reassured themselves believing that their faith and convictions in their beliefs would guide them through a strange new wilderness that proffered naught but the uncertainty of today and the hope of a better life for themselves and their children in the morrow. As tomorrow came and went, so it too seems that tradition and all that we held sacred also vanished with the sweep of each hand only to make room for its inevitability. The inevitability was Progress. With this progress came a host of many problematic issues, such as illegal immigration, that have accrued only to be compounded by our own governments gross negligence and their breach of both our National Security and our time honored and trusted Fiduciary Agreement.
Time changes everything and with it do the rules of the game by which we play. As is always the case with those whom fail to meet prescriptions and criteria required to participate, and are consequently barred entry should they fail to meet and follow them, they find the game and its respective rules too stringent or unfair thus discrediting them. Hubristically disregarding and audaciously ignoring our rights they presumptuously raise objections and suggestions of inequality as if they had the right to even be in this country legally. As illegal immigration is eroding our very core as a people and a nation, are we to assume that these criminals who should not even be in this country be granted rights by their offensive effrontery alone. Or need we remind ourselves that we have fought wars and revolutions so as to defeat enemies who have transgressed and trespassed against us and our sovereignty in the past. What have we lost as a nation so as to allow blatant acts of criminality be perpetrated against us in exchange for votes. There was a time not so distant in our rear view mirror when people immigrated to this country legally as was their right afforded them by our American laws on the condition of meeting every criterion required by our National Security. At a time when applicants longed to become part of this great country and we welcomed them with open arms upon recognizing their display of gratitude and willingness to participate in building of this great nation they considered it an honor and a privilege to become part of the American fabric, part of our culture. Now, Illegal Immigration is the order of the day and our government could care less as they strip away all of our rights and means of earning and protecting our livelihood. Instead they warn its true citizens not to violate any of these criminal’s civil liberties for fear of losing our very own freedom that we pay for as taxpayers. All we can do in most cases is stand with our hands tied as these invaders rebuke, slander, rob, rape, and pillage our country for all it’s worth. Putrefying our soil with an ideology that refuses to assimilate to our ideas or culture, who won’t speak our language, and who won’t respect any of our religions, values, morals, or ethics, yet demand for us to kneel before theirs. Their incommensurable consumption of all our health care, jobs, and compassion has left us depleted and emasculated. What speaks of our criminality I might add is not their appetite but our tolerance, not to be confused or misconstrued as reliance, of these common criminals who incessantly trample our rights. Look at what Illegal Immigration has done to our State of California, which is teetering on the brink of Bankruptcy due to all its social programs designed for these criminals. Where will we soon be as a nation and a people in so much that our Politicians graft is assuredly leaving us with only our dignity and a memory of what once was. United we stand is all we can do and watch our way of life and posterity crumble like a forlorn ruin left as the last vestige of a once great ancient civilization?
Who is it that we turn to during a time of crisis in this country? In the light of things we find ourselves doing just that. Our government who should be more concerned with the current state of the country’s affairs and lives of it’s citizens, in as much as we vote them into office and pay their salaries, instead does nothing but lines the pockets of their friends and business associates in the private sector time and time again. Yet again do they ceaselessly give away every opportunity that the average American is owed and deserves. Would any upper level senior management of a Fortune 500 company allow for thieves and corporate raiders to pillage and loot their business? Of course not! So then how have we allowed them to do this to our company which in this case is our country? Exhausting ourselves as we desperately try to extirpate ourselves from this entrenching, enfettering, bottomless quagmire, the deafening sound of silence betrays just how deep still waters run, as our problems are just beginning. Destinations planned prepense, the imaginings of retirement’s pleasures, further from us as our inheritance of The Golden Years arrives in a chest filled only with anxiety. How sobering is our stark realization that a lifetime of sacrifice and hard work has been iniquitously embezzled from us by corporate theft, mismanagement, fraud, and above all greed. As our businesses windows and doors are forever shuttered, our savings depreciated or even wiped out, our 401K’s gone, and our homes are foreclosed on, many of this country’s biggest and most powerful corporations continue to steal and commit moral atrocities with absolutely no compunction or fear of punishment what so ever. As they continue to operate without being held accountable civilly or criminally we as a nation are deposed to be appeased and pacified by a continuum of “it’s time for change” speeches. How can they keep a straight face as they continue to tax us, but not themselves incidentally, on what we make, what we spend, what we consume, and soon certain to be on the air we breathe. Pursuant to the parameters of its formula, will there be any supply left for the fulfillment of the American Dream as its demands on its only productive working class and tax paying citizens has left us paralyzed like a host whose parasites have left him moribund. 
As is always the inevitable outcome of parasitic intrusion, they slowly take everything of the host and leave it lifeless. Disillusioned, angry, confused, disconcerted, and impuissant are we now at the very least. The feelings of loss and unmitigated heartache shall linger, as sentiments often do, for generations to come as will the desperate wails of repining for better days be heard betwixt the muffled loud cries of tomorrow.
As goes the solution, opinions and positions innumerably vary. Some positions hold that our failure is certain and the end imminent if we don’t cut off the rest of the world and start looking out for out best interest. A rethinking and reorganization of what this country was founded on rather than this pseudo utopian socialistic government that’s taking over with its wish for one currency and one world government. Some are even suggestive that we are already reflecting the mirror image of The Communist Manifesto. Others have posited charging our public officials and their constituents with Malfeasance, Fraud, and Treason in some cases. The presumption being they have all committed treason fulfilling their destinies at the cost of millions of hard working, honest, taxpaying citizens as opposed to the non producing peoples invading our country at an alarming rate. Adding to the demise of this great nation are similarly distressing issues which we haven’t bore any light on. Issues such as our economy, our Health Care system, Foreign Policy, Terrorism, Social Security or the incessant flow of drugs into this country. And as to why we are the most addicted country in the world with over 2 million people incarcerated at the moment, which over 70% of the jailed are in for minor drug offences. Drug offences stemming from our own addictions that keep us incarcerated so that “Cronyism” can profit yet again. Religion, faith, and it’s accompanying altruism has been replaced by a sexualization and objectification that constantly obtrudes and advertises its liberal beliefs and messages through television, video games, and media idolatry. An advertising machine that perpetuates a monetary perverseness and inane puerility, altogether propounding misbegotten and vanity derived valueless ideas that television, movie, and music entertainers deliver us. Complicit too are those whom we as a nation worship like gods regardless of their contumacious and opprobrious behavior. As a nation we have forgotten what this great country once stood for and what our ancestors believed, fought, and died for. How much blood had to be spilled and is still being spilled for our freedom to simply be stolen and so easily taken from us. Wars on many fronts, respectively, have financially cost us dearly as has the loss of life. Forever gone, but not forgotten, are the greatest gifts this great nation has birthed and now lost. Beautiful minds with young dreams silenced forever and sacrificed for the growth and enrichment of peoples and nations who neither want to come out of the darkness nor share in our vision of Democracy. How much more blood has to be spilled for a people who does not want us in their country and who vehemently despises us everything we stand for. Why should we fund and educate nations of people whom we’ll never meet, only to deepen their seed of hatred towards us. Why not spend our money on our own children whom are just as innocent as those whom the critics argue deserve more. Do our children not deserve what they are now being neglected of for the sake of children who are also being taught to harbor fear and resentment towards us. While our children die daily in conflicts around the world, only the enemy and our own American grown companies are profiting it seems from our loss. How disgraceful is it that they get wealthier at the expense of Mothers whose only solace and reward for her child’s contribution is for a flag to be draped over his or her coffin. How offensive our government and disrespectful our appointed officials to allow this to happen. This is a travesty and it has to stop or the next war our administrations will be fighting will be here at home against its own citizens. I’m embarrassed to say that it is we who have become ignorant, weak, lazy, complaisant, un-loyal, dishonest, and reckless with our slavishly self gratifying interests, wants, and desires. We’ve been misinformed, we’ve been mislead, and we’ve been lied to. What is stated in our own Bill of Rights shall soon this way come much to be realized to the amazement of said traitors you will find. Perhaps you too shall even participate in this changing of the guard. What complete failure!!!
